TERMS OF SALE:

Payment may be made by check, money order (in U.S. funds) or by VISA, MasterCard or American Express.  When using a credit card, please provide the spelling of your name as it appears on the card, together with account number and expiration date and the bill-to address. If you have concerns about sending your credit card information via the internet, please call me at 847-757-8096.

                  Expenses for special mailings (such as registered) will be borne by you and added to the billing.  Otherwise a simple $1 fee for postage and private insurance will be added.

Please note that Virginia residents must include 7% sales tax.
